Mercedes E. Miley

Mercedes E. Miley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mercedes E. worked as an Architect and later as an Associate Principal at Farr Associates Architecture & Urban Design from September 2018 to March 2023. Mercedes E. co-founded Home 42, LLC in June 2021 and is currently involved in the company. Mercedes E. also served as the Professional Development Chair at Women in Planning and Development Chicago from August 2022 onwards. Additionally, Mercedes was the Co-Chair of Mentorship at Oklahoma State University Friends of the Honors College from August 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they were a Leader & Volunteer at Girl Scouts of the USA from 1999 to March 2022. Mercedes E. also served as an Associate Board Member at Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago & Northwest Indiana from March 2019 to February 2022. Mercedes E. Miley obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Oklahoma State University in 2017. Mercedes E. then pursued a Masters of Urban Design from the University of California, Berkeley from 2017 to 2018. In 2021, they received a Certificate of Construction Management from Columbia University. Additionally, Mercedes holds certifications as a Certified Passive House Consultant, an Architect (from the State of Illinois), in Construction Project Management from Columbia University, CPR/First Aid, and LEED Green Associate.
