Shail Jain

Shail Jain is the CEO and co-founder of Farragut Systems. Prior to that, they worked at Dell EMC for over seven years, rising from section manager to senior department manager.

At Dell EMC, Jain was responsible for leading a team of software engineers in developing critical database and compiler software. Shail was also instrumental in empowering their team to be their best by providing them with the freedom and trust to innovate.

Jain's experience at Dell EMC has shown him the importance of giving employees the space to be curious and entrepreneurial in order to produce positive results. This is something that they have carried over to their current role at Farragut Systems.

Shail Jain holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a MS in Computer Science from Villanova University.
