Yvette Flounoy, PHR, SHRM-CP, started their work experience in 1993 as an Adjuster at Central Carolina Bank, where they worked until 1997. In 1998, they became an HR Manager at Farragut Systems, a software solutions provider, where they currently work.

Yvette Flounoy, PHR,SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the People. In November 2006, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
