Liam McIlroy

Liam McIlroy is a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Farrans Construction since June 2023, bringing valuable experience from previous roles as a Junior Quantity Surveyor at APPLE ORCHARD CONSTRUCTION LTD (September 2021 - June 2023) and as a Gang Leader at Lenco Utilities (January 2019 - December 2021). Liam’s career started as a General Operative at The Coyle Group from December 2017 to September 2018. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management from Ulster University (2020-2023) and a Foundation degree in Construction Engineering with Surveying from SRC (2018-2020). Early education was completed at St. Patricks High School Keady from 2008 to 2015.
