Bret Cahn

Bret Cahn is an experienced attorney currently serving as Counsel at Farrell Fritz, P.C. since February 2021, with a prior role as Associate at Cahill & Cahill, P.C. from October 2012 to January 2021. Specializing in estate litigation, guardianships, and estate planning, Bret has a solid foundation in legal research and writing, demonstrated through the role of Articles Editor for the New York Law School Law Review and as a Judicial Intern at Bronx County Family Court, where research covered family law issues. Bret holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies with a focus on Video Production from the University at Buffalo.
