Colleen Spain

Colleen Spain is a skilled tax professional with extensive experience in federal and state tax risk management, compliance, and litigation support. Currently serving as a Tax Associate at Farrell Fritz, P.C. since August 2021, Colleen previously held the position of Tax Manager at PwC from October 2014 to August 2021, and gained foundational experience as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate. Colleen's legal and judicial background includes internships at various courts, including the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York and the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division.
