Mark Ustin

Mark Ustin currently serves as a Partner at Farrell Fritz, P.C. since March 2018, following a significant tenure at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP as a Partner and Counsel from January 2007 to February 2018. Mark's career includes key roles such as Deputy Director and General Counsel for the Commission on Health Care Facilities in the 21st Century and Assistant Counsel to Governor George E. Pataki. Prior experience also encompasses serving as Counsel for the New York State Senate Health Committee. Mark Ustin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Fordham University.
