Viktoriya Liberchuk

Viktoriya Liberchuk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and immigration law. Currently serving as a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney at Farrell Fritz, P.C. since December 2017, Viktoriya previously held the position of Litigation Associate at Rivkin Radler LLP from November 2015 to December 2017. Viktoriya's legal career began with a role as a Business Immigration Law Clerk at Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, followed by an Immigration Clinician position at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York. Viktoriya also gained experience as a Litigation Bureau Intern at the Office of the Attorney General of the State of New York and has held various roles in different sectors, including sales and community service. Viktoriya earned a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2015 and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Baruch College in 2011.
