Previously, Ann held multiple roles at UnityPoint Health, including Patient Experience Director and Supervisor, focusing on therapy services in pediatric rehabilitation and patient experience initiatives. Ann also instructed kickboxing and strength training at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, served as Office Manager at Mercy Center for Spine Care, and worked as Service Excellence Coordinator at Mercy Medical Center, ensuring the adoption of patient experience improvement strategies. A veteran of the US Army, Ann practiced as a Physical Therapist, participating in Operation Enduring Freedom. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, both obtained from Des Moines University.
