Cole Lence, MBA, PMP, has extensive experience in sales and development, with a current position as Senior Specialist in Learning and Development at Altria since June 2011. In this role, Cole manages the tobacco category for over 120 retail accounts, leading sales expansions and utilizing data analytics to drive strategic solutions. Additionally, Cole serves as a Change Leader and Level 2 Certified Fitness Instructor at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, Inc., where responsibilities include leading fitness classes, mentoring participants, and supporting gym operations.
