Jenny Murphy

Jenny Murphy is an experienced educator with an extensive background in teaching and instructional design. Currently serving as an English and Education Teacher at Metamora Township High School District 122 since August 2007, Jenny is also a National Board Certified Teacher and has held roles as an Adjunct Instructor at Illinois Central College and Eureka College. Additional experience includes teaching kickboxing and resistance training at Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping, Inc., and owning a blog focused on style inspiration for teachers and mothers. Prior professional roles include Principal Learning Architect at Teleologic Learning Company, Staff Writer at Numéro Magazine, and various educational consulting positions at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Jenny holds a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education with a focus on English.
