Alex Woolley

Alex Woolley is a Senior Associate in the Family team at Farrer & Co, where employment commenced in October 2019. Previously served as an Associate in the Family Department at the same firm. In addition to current responsibilities at Farrer & Co, Alex co-founded NeedsMet in May 2023 and co-founded Formily, a web application designed to streamline financial disclosure during divorce, which operated from March 2019 to June 2023. Alex's legal career began at Winckworth Sherwood LLP from October 2014 to October 2019, during which time roles included Associate and Solicitor in the Family department, as well as Trainee Solicitor with experience across multiple legal areas. Alex holds a Law BA (Cantab) from the University of Cambridge and completed the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University.
