Emily Part

Emily Part is a Senior Associate at Farrer & Co, specializing in a diverse employment practice that includes advising clients from financial institutions, religious organizations, education establishments, and individual clients. Since May 2018, Emily has gained extensive litigation experience in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, and the Court of Appeal, as well as providing counsel on restrictive covenants in the High Court. Prior to this, Emily worked as an Employment Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2014 to March 2018, where experience encompassed various sectors including litigation and energy projects during secondments. Emily holds a degree in English and Related Literature from the University of York and has completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at BPP Law School.
