David Calvello

David Calvello is a Partner at Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, specializing in antitrust law since April 2015, having previously served as an Associate focusing on pharmaceutical class action antitrust litigation. Prior experience includes working as a Litigation Consultant at the Law Offices of Harold R. Burke, where David second-chaired a trial involving federal claims under the Wiretap Act. Initial legal experience was gained through internships as a Legal Intern at ITT, supporting in-house counsel, and at the Westchester County, NY District Attorney's Office, contributing to the Appeals and Special Litigation Division. David holds a Juris Doctor from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Political Science from the University of Richmond.
