Previous roles include consulting at MStrobel Consulting, where strategic approaches were developed to centralize operations for marketing analytics, and serving as a Senior Business Analyst at Culver Franchising System, Inc., driving analytics and change management initiatives for a network of over 750 restaurants. Michelle's earlier career at The Kraft Heinz Company involved significant contributions to training transformation and vendor management, in addition to advocating for client needs in data analysis and reporting. Educational credentials include multiple Bachelor's degrees in Management Information Systems, Marketing, and Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
