Terri Rundell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic change and organizational communication. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for FarWell since March 2020, Terri also founded SeeMeRISE, dedicated to empowering individuals to embrace their identities. With a background as a Middle & High School Small Group Leader at Southbrook Church and previous ownership of Dezign2Think, Terri has a rich history in experience design and leadership. At Northwestern Mutual, from 1995 to 2018, Terri implemented transformative initiatives across various functions, coaching leaders in Lean and Agile principles. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Technical Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
