Additionally, Monson is the Chief Executive Officer of Lettuce Feed You Inc., focusing on sustainable aquaponics practices for producing fresh, chemical-free produce and fish. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Global Operations at Clean the World, where responsibilities included expanding global logistics for a social enterprise and overseeing soap recycling operations in multiple locations. Earlier roles also include Manager of Filling Operations at Nephron Pharmaceuticals and General Manager at Trost Maintenance Inc. Monson's career began in the US Army as a Topographic Analyst with the 82nd Airborne Division. Education was completed at Chippewa Valley High School in Clinton Township, Michigan.
