Mary Bernardi

Mary Bernardi is a Senior Finance Manager at Fasanara Capital. Prior to their current position, they worked as an Investor Client Relations Specialist for TheInfoPro from April 2003 to February 2011. In their previous role, they supported approximately 40 clients who purchased company research for investing purposes, resolved all client questions or issues, and assisted in the creation of deliverables and ensured client receipt. Mary also produced and disseminated weekly updates to clients and set up quarterly webinars for presentation of key findings by the company CEO. Additionally, they managed clients using SalesForce CRM database and provided administrative support to the Director of Sales, VP of Operations, and Sales Team. During their time at TheInfoPro, Mary maintained a client retention rate of 85% and assisted in the creation of an original online research questionnaire (Vovici).

Mary Bernardi has a BA in Theatre Arts from Wilkes University and an Associates in Liberal Arts from Keystone College.
