Tsira Khuntsaria is a Structured & Trade Finance Lawyer at Fasanara Capital. Tsira has over two years of experience working in the legal field, with a focus on trade finance and structured finance.

Tsira began their career as a Legal Analyst at the EBRD, where they worked for two years. During their time at the EBRD, they were responsible for managing and executing over 30 agreements related to the EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP). Tsira also drafted, reviewed, and negotiated facility agreements based on Loan Master Agreement (LMA) such as Issuing Bank Agreement and Revolving Credit Agreement, factoring agreements, term sheets, novation agreements, and established legal standards for document procedures.

In their current role as a Structured & Trade Finance Lawyer at Fasanara Capital, Tsira is responsible for conducting legal research and advisory for all business areas, due diligence on new banks, preparing, negotiating, and executing confirming bank agreements with global banks. Tsira also supports clients in high-risk jurisdictions through close collaboration with risk management teams, to put in place covenants, reporting requirements and events of default.
