Vinod Pandita

Vinod Pandita is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management within the fashion industry. Currently serving as Quality Head - General Manager at Fashinza since August 2021, Vinod has successfully developed a tech-driven quality infrastructure and significantly streamlined the internal Quality Team. Prior roles include Quality Head - General Manager at Turms, where innovation in apparel features was prioritized, and Country Head Quality at RA International, focusing on quality standards in both India and Bangladesh. At TAANZ FASHION PVT LTD., comprehensive quality and production strategies were implemented for ethnic and western wear lines. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Zovi.com, United Colors of Benetton India, and MONA DESIGNS, where responsibilities ranged from quality assurance to team development. Vinod holds a degree from the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT).
