Nitika Sharma is an accomplished marketing and public relations professional with a strong background in the fashion industry. Currently serving as a Marketing Manager at the Fashion Entrepreneur Fund since May 2022, Nitika excels in media relations and strategic communication. Additionally, Nitika holds the position of Public Relations Communications Manager for the FEF India Fashion Awards since April 2022, and previously worked as a Public Relations Communications Manager at Sonu Exim - India from March 2021 to March 2023. Earlier career experiences include roles as a Fashion Designer at Meghna Panchmatia, an Assistant Fashion Designer and Marketing Merchandise specialist, a Marketing Intern, and a Fashion Design Intern. Nitika earned a Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology between 2016 and 2020.

The Fashion Entrepreneur Fund is an initiative by FEF India Fashion Awards, spearheading a Venture Studio.
