Alex Montefalco

Alex Montefalco is an experienced executive recruitment and talent management professional currently serving as Vice President at LVMH North America since October 2017. Montefalco's career spans over a decade within the luxury and fashion industries, including leadership roles in executive recruitment and market intelligence. In addition to responsibilities at LVMH, Montefalco also holds a position as a Board Member for the Fashion Institute of Technology Foundation since June 2023, and teaches yoga as an E-RYT.
