Tamara Cupples Drake

Tamara Cupples Drake is an experienced professional in online learning and academic technologies, currently serving as the Executive Director at the Fashion Institute of Technology since September 2008. Prior to this role, Tamara held the position of Senior Lecturer at Northeastern University from January 2007 to January 2018 and served in various capacities at MIT, including Director of Alumni Communications and Online Services for the Sloan School from April 2005 to September 2008 and Publication Manager for MIT OpenCourseWare from 2002 to 2005. Earlier career experience includes serving as Project Manager at Englishtown from 2000 to 2002 and Manager at the International Center of Multimedia Education at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1997 to 2000. Tamara holds two Master's degrees from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, one in Management and another in Communication and Rhetoric with a specialization in Human-Computer Interaction.
