Lynn Nguyen

Lynn Nguyen's work experience begins in 2014 as an Assistant Retail Manager at Fashion Q. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Restaurant Server at SuperNatural Seafood and later became a Restaurant Manager from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, Lynn worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Positive Change Counseling Center, where they provided recommendations and created manuals for the company's onboarding process. In 2020, they became an Operations Supervisor at Curology. Currently, Lynn holds two positions at FASHIONPHILE, one as a Human Resources Specialist starting from September 2021, and another as a Human Resources Analyst since March 2023.

Lynn Nguyen completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in Human Resources, from California State University San Marcos. Lynn studied at the university from 2014 to 2019. In addition, Lynn obtained the Textio Interrupting Bias in Hiring Certification from Textio in July 2022.
