Nafiz al Sayem

Nafiz Al Sayem is currently serving as the Assistant Manager for People & Culture at Fashol since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and development. Prior experience encompasses roles at Acorn Infrastructure Services - Bangla Trac Power, including Senior Executive and Executive positions in People & Culture, along with an internship in Human Resources. Nafiz holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from East West University, completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in the same field from the same institution, finished in 2019. Early education includes a Higher Secondary Certificate in Business Studies from Madhupur Shahid Smrity High School and College.
