Alison Cowan

Alison Cowan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in professional development and legal career advancement. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Development at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin since 2017, Alison has a solid background in managing student and associate programs from the tenure at Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP (2012 - 2017) and previously directed the Law Careers Office at the University of Victoria from 2009 to 2012. Alison holds a Bachelor of Laws (J.D.) from the University of Victoria and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from The University of British Columbia. Currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching and Organizational Leadership at Royal Roads University, Alison combines legal expertise with a commitment to fostering professional growth in the legal field.
