Clifford Sosnow is a Partner practicing out of Fasken Martineau’s Ottawa office, where they provide advisory services to corporations, governments, and industry associations on global trade and investment issues. They have significant expertise in compliance audits, transactional due diligence, and litigation related to free trade and bilateral investment agreements, among other areas. Clifford is recognized as a leading international trade practitioner in multiple prestigious legal directories and has represented Canada in various GATT and WTO disputes. Previously, they served as senior counsel with the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade and held the role of Legal Counsel at the Canadian International Trade Tribunal.
