Elena Zhitomirsky

Elena Zhitomirsky is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as a Senior Corporate Law Clerk at Fasken since January 2022. Previously, Elena held similar senior roles at Miller Thomson LLP, Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, and Stikeman Elliott LLP, showcasing a strong background in corporate legal matters. Before these roles, Elena worked as a Senior Law Clerk at BMO Financial Group and had earlier experience at Fasken. Elena holds a Diploma in Paralegal and a Diploma in Law Clerk from Seneca Polytechnic, as well as an Honours B.A. in Economics from the State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine.
