Jonathan Wansbrough

Jonathan Wansbrough is a Partner at Fasken, where since June 2016, the focus has been on securities litigation, regulatory enforcement, and director and officer liability matters. Jonathan provides guidance to various market participants, including issuers and investment dealers, on issues such as securities regulatory investigations, shareholder disputes, and securities class actions. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Associate in litigation at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP from May 2010 to June 2016. Jonathan's earlier experience includes positions with the Government of Canada in various capacities, including a Junior Financial Officer and a Foreign Service Directives Allowances Clerk, as well as a Project Assistant at Public Works and Government Services Canada. Jonathan holds a J.D. from Queen's University and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in International Management from the University of Ottawa.
