Peggy McCallum

Peggy McCallum currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA), contributing to the Rules and Policy Committee and Statutory Funds Advisory Committee since May 2023. With extensive legal and governance expertise, Peggy has been with Fasken Martineau DuMoulin since 1997, holding roles from Associate to Partner, and currently as Counsel. Experience includes governance issues, ESG, pension and trust fund matters, complex litigation, and corporate restructurings. Prior involvement with the CAAT Pension Plan as a Sponsors Committee member and legal counsel roles at the Pension Commission of Ontario, Baker & McKenzie, and Mercer Canada complement Peggy's solid background. A Chartered Director from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, Peggy also holds an LL.B. and an Hons. B.A. in Journalism from Western University.
