Pierre-Olivier Charlebois

Pierre-Olivier Charlebois is a Partner and the Leader of the Environmental, Energy and Climate Change group at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, where responsibilities include advising clients on environmental compliance, obtaining government authorizations for industrial and energy projects, and representing clients in environmental litigation. With experience encompassing roles as a Research Auxiliary at the International Studies Institute and Canada’s Environmental Law Chair, an Associate Legal Researcher at Unisféra International Center, and a Legal Researcher at the Quebec Environmental Law Center, Pierre-Olivier also served as Legal Counsel for Hydro Québec. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from Université Laval and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université de Sherbrooke.
