Fassa Bortolo
Lucio Tessarolo has over two decades of experience in technical management and project oversight, currently serving as Technical Office Manager at Fassa Bortolo since November 2001. In this role, Lucio leads a 15-member team, overseeing the design, erection, start-up, and commissioning of 17 industrial plants across Europe. Prior to this position, Lucio was a Project Manager within the Technical Office, where responsibilities included project management, resource procurement, and team coordination. Earlier experience includes technical services at Piaggio Group, where Lucio focused on quality and after-sales operations, and a management role at Benetton Group for commercial development in the Benelux markets. Additional roles included Racing Development Manager at Alpinestars, managing sponsorships in major motorsport leagues, and a technical internship at Volvo Car Group during university studies. Lucio holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Padova and a high school diploma from Liceo Scientifico “L. Da Vinci” di Treviso.
