Ayanda Pearl Zinhle M.

Ayanda Pearl Zinhle M. currently serves as the Deputy Chairperson of Netball South Africa Investment Group and is an Advisor to the Audit & Risk Committee at SENTECH Soc Ltd. Additionally, Ayanda holds a position as a Board member at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd and is the Chief Executive Officer of Fasset. Ayanda is also the Chairperson of the Audit Committee for the Department of International Relations and Cooperation and a Non-Executive Board Member of Rand Water Foundation. ayanda previously acted as Chairperson and member of the Audit Committee for the Northern Cape Provincial Treasury, overseeing various departments, including Education and Tourism. Other past roles include member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the National Agricultural Marketing Council and Chief Financial Officer at both African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation and the National Credit Regulator. Ayanda is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of South Africa and has completed a BCom Honours CTA in Accounting Sciences.
