Thisara Shaminda

Thisara Shaminda has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2014, they started their career as an Internal Audit Trainee at Rhino Roofing Products Limited. Thisara then moved on to work as a Finance Assistant at William Angliss Institute @ SLIIT from 2016 to 2017. Following that, they joined Rhino Roofing Products Limited again, this time as an Accounts Assistant/Executive from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they transitioned to Monash at UCL, where they served as an Accounts Executive until 2021. Currently, Thisara holds the position of Group Accountant at Fasset, which they started in 2022.

Thisara Shaminda's education history begins with their high school education at St. Benedict's College in Colombo-13 from 1998 to 2012. They pursued a degree in Business/Commerce, General during this time.

After completing high school, Thisara attended the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka in 2017 to 2018, where they obtained a professional qualification in Accounting and Finance.

Subsequently, from 2018 to 2020, Thisara pursued a Bachelor's degree in Global Business Management with a specialization in Finance Research at the University of the West of Scotland.

Most recently, from 2021 to 2022, Thisara enrolled at the University of Bedfordshire Business School to pursue a Masters of Business Administration degree with a focus on Finance.
