Andrea L.

Andrea L. has over 15 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Andrea began their career in 2006 as an HR Analyst at Accenture. Andrea then moved to Lacteos El Pomar S.A. as the Head of HR and Occupational Health in 2009. In 2010, they joined Robert Bosch as a HR Coordinator. In 2012, they became the HR Manager at Starbox S.A.S. and then moved to Mindray in 2014 as the HR Manager for Colombia and Ecuador. In 2016, Andrea joined Howden Insurance Brokers AB as the Director of HR. In 2018, they became the Director of Human Talent at MICROLINK S.A.S. and is currently the Human Talent Manager at Fast Cloud Consulting and the National HR Manager at Correcol S.A.

Andrea L. graduated from Universidad Santo Tomás in 2002 with a degree in Psicologa.
