Perla Barrios

Perla Barrios has held various roles in the past decade. From 2010 to 2019, they worked for four different companies. At Fast Cloud Consulting, they were an Account Manager from 2019. At Strivtech, they were the Head of Training and Development at TSI from 2017, where they were in charge of creating and developing entire curriculum and agenda for a growing company, training new and current employees, leading training classes, and planning, conducting and reviewing company training. At XINWEI INTELCOM NIC.S.A, they were a Learning and Development Coordinator from 2015, where their main role was to help, motivate, guide and train employees and new hires to maximize their efficiency and potential. At Convergys, they were a Team Manager from 2010, where they were responsible for the daily and monthly running and management of a team. Perla was also a Customer Service Trainer for US Celullar and a Certified Trainer for Sprint Wireless, both from 2010. As a Sales Specialist for Sprint Wireless, they acquired new customers, served existing customers, resolved customer complaints and queries, submitted purchase orders, maintained monthly goals, and made recommendations for customers.

Perla Barrios received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua in 2010, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Perla is currently enrolled in a Scrum Master Specialist program at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica, with a field of study in Project Management. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Customer Service/ Sales Representative Trainer.
