Rogelio Martinez, MBA, CFE has over 12 years of work experience in various industries. Rogelio started their career in 2008 as a Sales Executive at SAP. In 2009, they joined Tutor Doctor as Vice President of International Franchise Development and Marketing. During their tenure, they achieved 571% Franchise Development growth in the first 12 months and took the company to #25 Fastest Growing Franchise, #41 Home-Based, #146 (from #392) in the Franchise 500 and #118 America's Top Global in one year as per Entrepreneur Magazine's 2011 rankings. In 2013, they joined the International Franchise Association as a Board Member of the International Committee. In this role, they were a speaker for the Annual Convention in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and advised the IMF, World Bank, Government of Colombia, the IFA, US-Afghanistan Reconstruction Task Force, the Middle-East Investment Initiative, etc. In 2015, they became President of Berlitz Franchising Corporation, leading global operations and responsible for over 125 centers in 52 countries and over 2,000 associates. In 2016, they founded Fast Cloud Consulting, an official Salesforce.com, Tableau and Monday.com Partner and a global consulting firm that specializes in rethinking sales and operation processes. In 2017, they became President of Rotary International. In 2020, they joined the Entrepreneurs' Organization as Chapter President and Salesforce as a Partner Advisory Board Member. In 2021, they joined Hustle Fund as an Angel Squad Member and in 2022, they founded BlockchainGuard as Founder and CEO.

Rogelio Martinez, MBA, CFE has an extensive education history. Rogelio obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1998. Rogelio then completed a Certificate in ISO 9000 Internal Auditor from the same institution in 1998. In 2001, they obtained their MBA from HEC Montréal in Finance, and then completed a Canadian Securities Course Certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in the same year. Rogelio also obtained an MBA from the University of Geneva in International Finance through an exchange program in 2001. In 2004, they completed a Certificate from Harvard Law School in the Program on Negotiations. In 2008 and 2009, they completed a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Toronto. In 2012, they completed a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown University and a Certified Franchise Executive from the International Franchise Association. Rogelio also has numerous certifications from Salesforce and CertiProf, including a Scrum Master Professional Certificate, a Scrum Product Owner Professional Certificate, and a Design Thinking for Innovation Certificate from the University of Virginia.
