Nancy joined Fast Dolphin in January 2011 as a Resource manager focusing on Oracle E-Business Suite Consulting and other IT technologies for United States, Canada and LATAM. With more than 8 years of professional experience she started working in IT Staffing in 2008 when she worked as Recruiting coordinator / Recruiting Team Lead at ACS a Xerox Company; holds a bachelor’s degree in computer management and a Masters Degree in business administration specialized in Human Resources. She believes the attitude, trust and perseveration can make anything possible.
