Currently serving as an Executive Coach & Facilitator at The Fast Forward Group, LLC and Great On The Job, Marjie has dedicated over a decade to coaching clients in aligning their core values with personal and professional fulfillment. As the VP of Client Services at Marjie Terry Coaching, Marjie focuses on helping clients unlock their potential and design sustainable futures. Previous roles include social work and prevention specialist at Freedom Institute, where Marjie coordinated adolescent health education programs, and an associate at Goldman Sachs, where Marjie developed education and career processes to enhance workforce diversity. Marjie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychological Services and Human Development from Northwestern University, a Master's degree in Social Work from Hunter College, and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach from CTI.
