Jared Gerdes

Jared Gerdes has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Jared worked at FAST Global Solutions (WASP Inc.) from 2018 to the present, where they started as an Operations Manager and later became the Director of Operations. In their role, they were responsible for developing processes and procedures to ensure profitability and maximize facility throughput while meeting safety and quality goals.

Prior to that, Jared worked at AriensCo from 2003 to 2018, holding various positions including Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Leader, Product Support Leader, and Material Technician. As a Value Stream Manager, they provided leadership for all manufacturing operations and was responsible for achieving goals in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale.
