Ben Francis

Ben Francis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben started their career at Dollar General in 2004, where they held roles as a Buyer/Category Manager and later as a Store Services Sr. Manager. In these positions, they managed P&L for merchandising classes, provided marketing strategy and analysis, conducted vendor research and procurement, and oversaw equipment installation for multiple locations.

In 2017, Ben joined American Pathology Partners, Inc. as the Director of Purchasing. Ben provided leadership for procurement and contract negotiations, led process improvement initiatives, and reduced supply costs by consolidating vendors and negotiations.

Ben also worked at Western Kentucky University as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing since 2013. In this role, they engaged students with a variety of marketing topics and utilized different forms of media and source material for a rich classroom experience.
