Jason Hafner

Jason Hafner has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Fast Pace Health since April 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Development Officer (CDO) at Fast Pace Health from November 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Fast Pace Health, Jason held various leadership roles at ATI Physical Therapy. Jason served as the Division President, Midwest & West, overseeing operations in 17 states and more than 500 clinics from an unspecified start date until January 2020. Under their leadership, the company achieved impressive financial results with $530 million in annual revenues and 15,000 visits per day. Jason managed 10 direct reports and played a crucial role in key areas such as clinical operations, home health operations, sports medicine operations, and case management.

Earlier in their career at ATI Physical Therapy, Jason held the positions of Midwest Division President, Senior Vice President, Vice President of Operations, Regional Director, Clinic Director, and Staff Physical Therapist. In these roles, they consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and business acumen, driving growth, improving customer service, and implementing innovative strategies. Jason successfully managed teams, developed performance improvement initiatives, and played a significant role in the company's overall success.

Jason Hafner holds a Master of Physical Therapy degree from Midwestern University. Prior to earning their Master's degree, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Illinois State University.
