Kristin Graves

Kristin Graves, MSEL, serves as the Vice President of Talent at Fast Pace Health, where responsibilities include managing a growing staffing team for a multi-site health care organization. Prior to this role, Kristin held various leadership positions at Eastridge Workforce Solutions, including Vice President of Workforce Recruitment, overseeing a global talent acquisition team and supporting senior-level requisitions across multiple industries. Kristin also managed Human Resources and Talent Acquisition departments, contributed to the successful launch of professional services in San Diego, and achieved record-breaking profitability in the Orange County region. An official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council from February 2017 to February 2023, Kristin holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of San Diego.
