Software Engineer at Fast Pace Urgent Care

Shelley Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as a Freelance Office Manager for Two Geek Solutions. In 2019, they enrolled in an immersive Full-Stack Developer Bootcamp at Nashville Software School, where they studied HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, React, C#, SQL, and the .Net Framework. Concurrently, they worked as an Application Engineer at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, developing single-page applications in Angular, SQL Server, and C# Web API hosted in Azure.

In 2021, Shelley joined Dialysis Clinic, Inc. as a Software Developer 2, and then moved on to Kroll as a Software Engineer II in the same year. At Kroll, they were responsible for rearchitecting and improving existing applications for enhanced user experience and scalability. Shelley collaborated with designers, researched and planned the V2 application, and created a user dashboard for centralized data. Additionally, Shelley established code standards and patterns for the team, audited UI/UX and code for best practices, and provided guidance to junior-level developers through Agile meetings.

Currently, Shelley is a Software Engineer at Fast Pace Health, starting in 2022.

Shelley Arnold attended Nashville Software School in 2019, where they studied Full Stack Development. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Belmont University from 2010 to 2013. In 2005 to 2008, they attended Western Kentucky University, where they obtained a degree in Corporate and Organizational Communication.
