Junya Kato

Junya Kato is the Director of the IT Strategy Office at Fast Retailing, a position held since 2025. With a background in the retail and brand industry, Junya has previously served as Managing Director at Avery Dennison from 2019 to 2025 and held various roles including Commercial Director in Japan and Manager of Market Development. Junya's earlier experience includes working at Kurt Salmon and LVMH. An accomplished marketing and sales professional, Junya graduated from Sophia University and pursued executive education at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2019.
