Mikolaj Konieczny

Mikolaj Konieczny is a seasoned managing director with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. At FAST SA since November 2012, Mikolaj oversees specialist services related to furniture production and project management with a team certified by the International Project Management Association. Prior to FAST, Mikolaj led Metalwit from October 2011 to October 2012, managing financial and strategic operations for a company with a budget exceeding 16 million. From 2000 to 2011, Mikolaj served in several capacities at Truck-Lite Europe Ltd, including managing director and plant manager, where responsibilities encompassed financial, operational, and purchasing domains. Mikolaj's academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Control Engineering and Robotics from Gdańsk University of Technology and post-graduate studies in Finance, Marketing, and Management from premier institutions in Poland and the Netherlands.
