Ron Griffith has over 30 years of experience in project management and leadership roles. Ron started their career at Monarch Life Insurance as a Manager and then moved on to Merrill Lynch Financial Services, where they served as an Assistant Vice President and successfully led a complex project to relocate operations from Springfield, MA to Jacksonville, FL.

In 2001, Ron became a Senior Project Manager at Headway Technologies, where they managed a project to implement Pension Reform tax changes, completing it ahead of schedule and under budget. Ron then joined The Hartford in 2002 as an Assistant Director, overseeing multi-million dollar projects and managing a terrorism risk protection project that utilized GPS coordinates to assess company risk.

Ron joined MassMutual Financial Group in 2007 as a Senior Program Project Manager. In this role, they managed a project focused on implementing new products aimed at the Latino Middle Market, which involved innovative digital marketing and bilingual systems.

Most recently, Ron has been working as a Business Project Manager at Fast Switch, Ltd., where they continue to apply their project management expertise. Throughout their career, Ron has demonstrated a strong track record of delivering successful projects, meeting timelines, and achieving cost savings.

Ron Griffith PMP, FLMI, ARA has a diverse education history. In 1979 to 1981, they attended the Computer Processing Institute and earned a degree in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Programming. Following this, from 1981 to 1998, they completed various corporate training programs and obtained certificates of completion in management, leadership, and technical fields. In 2002 to 2003, they pursued a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University, specializing in Project Management. Ron Griffith has also obtained additional certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (Agile) from Scrum Alliance in October 2015, LOMA - Associate Reinsurance Administration from LOMA in March 2001, LOMA - FLMI from LOMA in February 2001, NASD Series 6 and 63 from the NASD OTC Securities Exchange in September 1995, and the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in April 2004.
