Elyse Cohen currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Social Impact & Inclusion at Rare Beauty and President of the Rare Impact Fund since August 2020. In addition, Elyse is a member of the Fast Company Impact Council and has been involved with Chief, a network aimed at supporting women leaders, since August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, where Elyse focused on corporate social responsibility and addressing societal challenges from 2016 to 2020, and as Senior Consultant at the Public Health Institute from 2015 to 2016, advising on social impact initiatives. Elyse held key roles in public service, including Deputy Director for the Let's Move! initiative under First Lady Michelle Obama from 2013 to 2015. Educational credentials include a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida.
