Katica Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advocacy focused on gender equity and technology. Currently, Katica serves as the CEO of Pipeline Equity, a company dedicated to addressing intersectional gender inequity through innovative technological solutions. In addition to leadership roles at Pipeline and various professional speaking engagements, Katica is also active in organizations such as the Aspen Institute's Tech Accountability Coalition, the National Women's Business Council, Chief, Bloomberg LP's New Economy Forum, and Fast Company's Impact Council.
