Grant Campbell has over 13 years of experience in the political and corporate sectors. In 2020, they began their role as Chief Executive Officer of FastDemocracy. Prior to that, they were a Partner at Winding Creek Strategies from 2017-2020. From 2016-2017, they were the Special Projects at Sherpa Ventures and the Head of Operations at Eonite Perception, Inc. from 2016-2017. In 2013, they were the Chief of Staff at Organizing for Action, where they oversaw a $40M budget and managed fundraising over the first two years of the organization. In 2012, they were the Director of Events for the Presidential Inaugural Committee, where they were responsible for guiding and managing the production of President Obama's Inaugural Parade, Swearing-in Ceremony, and National Mall Crowd Event. From 2011-2012, they were the Director of Advance for Obama for America, managing the production of all public campaign events for the President, Vice President, and First Lady. In 2009, they were the Associate Director of Advance/Trip Coordinator at The White House, where they were responsible for assessing personnel requirements of United States Secret Service, Presidential Airlift Group and the White House Office to communicate travel arrangements for the President of the United States. From 2008-2009, they were the National Advance Desk at Obama for America, managing complex travel arrangements for over 200 advance staff. In 2007, they were the National Advance Staff at John Edwards for President, where they were responsible for producing and budgeting more than 50 campaign events nationwide for Senator Edwards.

Grant Campbell received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Literature from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
